How do I open a Credit Account Facility?

Please contact our team in the office who will be happy to understand your requirements and arrange for your account set up: 020 8689 2072.

We will require specific information to provide a service. Please complete the form to ensure we capture the required information to set you up on our system. An account usually takes a maximum of 5 working days to approve, following credit checks. Should you require goods urgently please contact our team. Please note that for sole traders and Limited Companies which have traded for less than six months we will not be able to offer a Credit Account Facility. However, we shall be pleased to trade initially on a payment with order basis.

How do I get a Username and Password so that I can sign in and place an order online?

What day is delivery due?

Stock items are usually despatched same day if ordered before 12pm. Guaranteed next day delivery is available on request on all stock lines. Order before 12pm.

Delivery of non-stock and special-order items will normally be within 7 working days following acceptance of the buyer's order, subject to stock availability and carriage charges where applicable. For next day, named delivery day or time slot delivery where available on request: please contact our team. Collections from our Croydon Warehouse can be made free of charge.

We will contact you if we are having difficulty processing your order for any reason.

Click & Collect service same day with in 30mins from order for stock items from CR0 4WP.

If I order more cases, do I get a better price?

Is it in stock?

We hold large stocks of the products shown on our website and can normally deliver from stock. Please contact our Team to confirm availability.

Can I have the MSDS Sheets to assist with my COSSH Assessments?

Some products have the MSDS sheets online. If you cannot find the one you require, please contact our Team who will be able to e-mail it to you by return.

Can I have a sample?

What times are you open for business?

Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Are dispensers supplied?

Main line dispensers are supplied 'On Loan' under our standard 'Terms & Conditions of Business'. They remain the property of Futures Supplies and are subject to charge. Or you can purchase them.

What are your Bank Account Details?

I've had the wrong goods delivered, what should I do?

We are sorry that this has happened. Please contact our Team who will be pleased to make arrangements to exchange them as quickly as possible.

I am unhappy with the goods you have sent me

Please contact our Team who will make arrangements to exchange or return.

The goods you have sent me are damaged

Please contact our Team who will be pleased to make arrangements to exchange them.

I may not be available when you try to deliver

Please advise us of any special delivery requirements i.e. phone before delivery. Due to the nature of the goods involved, we are unable to leave goods without a signature. There may be an additional charge for certain special arrangements.

Do you demonstrate Application Equipment?

We work closely with manufacturers of the products we supply. Please contact our Team in the office for options on arranging demonstrations for items or equipment.

What is your returns policy?

If goods are unused and in their original packaging we will gladly credit or refund the goods however carriage charges and special delivery charges will still apply. A minimum 15% handling / restocking charge will be applied and carriage will be charged for collection as applicable (see our delivery information page). Unfortunately, we are unable to do this with special order items, unless they are faulty.

The goods are faulty, what should I do?

Please contact our Team in the office who will make arrangements for repair/replacement as quickly as possible.

Solutions to Common Problems

Problem: Your prices were being displayed and then they stop being displayed

This can happen if you leave your PC for a long period after signing on and then return to carry on with your order more than 20 minutes later.  The solution is to sign in again.
