The latest member to join the Sales Support team, Nathalie Balfe is already demonstrating her key skills in customer support and back office administration under the watchful eye of Leiann Kemp, Customer Service Manager & PA to the CEO.
As part of the Sales Administration team and working alongside Leiann, Nathalie has quickly become a valued member of our young, dynamic and motivated team.
In her role, Nathalie is responsible for supporting and liaising with customers and prospective customers, maintaining the company’s ACT database and supporting the sales team in their day to day roles.
Nathalie says, “I have been made to feel very welcome at Futures Supplies and I enjoy interacting with the customers very much. Hopefully, I can continue to grow within the team and gain more experience in all areas of the business.”
