Futures Supplies & Support Services Ltd, the rapidly growing independent distributor of washroom and associated cleaning products has achieved ISO 9002 quality certification at its first attempt.
Originally founded only two years ago as a supplier to City of London based financial and insurance institutions, banks, corporate headquarters and prestigious commercial buildings, the business has since grown to include much of the M25 area and markedly different other types of customers, such as contract cleaning companies and leisure centres.
Managing Director, Mandie Kemp said, “Ensuring the company operates good working practices and offers the best possible quality service and products at the best possible value, is the main driving force behind Futures Supplies’ application for certification.”
Futures Supplies attended five one day workshops set up by the Croydon Chamber of Commerce in association with Rodwell Associates and endorsed by DNV Quality Assurance, one of the leading certification bodies in the UK.
