Evans Lift 5L 
Heavy-duty cleaner degreaser 

Powerful, high-active multi-purpose, heavy-duty detergent for difficult cleaning tasks. Formulated for a wide range of applications in kitchens and food processing areas. 
Concentrate product, very economical in use. 

• Unperfumed. Ideal wherever food is handled, served or prepared.
• Easily removes fat, grease, oil and ingrained soiling.
• For use on a variety of washable surfaces including cooker hoods, deep fat fryers, ovens, floors and walls.
• Suitable in all water conditions.
• Available in a Ready-to-use formulation supplied in 750ml trigger spray bottles.
• Approved for ALTRO and POLYFLOR flooring.

GENERAL CLEANING:
Dilute 1:250 parts hot water (20 ml per 5 L / 1 x per 5 L).
Mop, wipe or spray surface.
Rinse with clean water.

HEAVY SOILING AND GREASE:
Dilute 1:50 parts hot water (100 ml per 5 L / 3 x per 5 L).
Mop, wipe or spray surface.
Rinse with clean water.

FOR CLEANING DEEP FAT FRYERS:
Switch off appliance, drain out oil and remove all deposits.
Dilute 1:25 (400 ml per 10 L / 13 x per 10 L) cold water in fryer. Submerge basket and utensils in
solution and soak for 2 hours.
Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

TO RE-FILL THE LIFT RTU TRIGGER SPRAY BOTTLE:
Dilute 30 ml per 750 ml (1 x per 750 ml) cold water.
