Free Delivery
- Free Delivery inside Zone 1 for orders over £50 net in our own company vehicles.
- Free Delivery inside Zone 2 for orders over £250 net.
- For orders under £50 / £250 net, a small order surcharge of £12.95 will apply.
Within Congestion Charge / ULEZ Zone
- A £1.00 charge will apply.
Zone 3 - Courier / Eco Pallet deliveries
Deliveries to Mainland UK will be sent by tracked courier or Eco pallet service.
- Goods weight up to 20kg: £12.95.
- Goods weight over 20kg: £12.95 then calculated by weight up to 30kg.
- Goods Over 30kg will be sent via Eco pallet Service: £60.00.
- Hazardous goods will only be sent via Eco Hazchem pallet Service: £120.
- Ugly freight (e.g Non conveyable, Liquids, mop sticks/extension poles) may have specific costs calculated at checkout, due to courier restrictions.
Scottish Highlands
- Goods weight up to 1kg: £22.53.
- Goods weight over 1kg: £22.53 then calculated by weight.

- Stock items are usually despatched same day if ordered before 12pm.
- Guaranteed next day delivery is available on request on all in-stock lines. Order before 12pm.
- Click & Collect service same day (from CR0 4WP) within 30 minutes of order for in-stock items.
Returns
If goods are unused and in their original packaging we will gladly credit or refund the goods; however carriage charges and special delivery charges will still apply. A minimum 15% handling / restocking charge will be applied and carriage will be charged for collection as applicable. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this with special order items, unless they are faulty.
