Winners of Theo Paphitis #SBS Sunday

Small Business Sunday, shortened to the hashtag #SBS on Twitter, was created by Theo Paphitis in 2010. Theo is best known for appearing on Dragons Den on BBC Two. He is Chairman of Ryman Stationery, Boux Avenue lingerie and Robert Dyas, as well as joint owner of Red Letter Days.

Each week, Theo rewards businesses that tweet him @TheoPaphitis and describe their businesses in one tweet of 140 characters or less including the hashtag #SBS. The team at Futures Supplies was absolutely over the moon to be selected as a winner on 15th February out of hundreds of entries.

Every Monday night at 8pm, Theo reviews and chooses his favourite six, the lucky six are then retweeted to his followers providing a massive boost to the chosen lucky businesses by increasing Twitter followers, creating positive media publicity and crucially increasing sales!

Futures Supplies Support The Fight Against Dementia

ALzheimers SocietyFutures Supplies is delighted to sponsor ‘Forget Me Not Coffee Mornings’ throughout 2016 as part of its corporate social responsibility programme.

forgetmenotcoffeemorningSome 500,000 people in the UK have dementia and by 2020 it is expected this will rise to as many as 1 million people. Raising awareness to ensure people with dementia feel included and valued in society is crucial, especially at a local level.

The aim of ‘Forget Me Not Coffee Mornings’ is to bring the local community together to support those who suffer with dementia, along with their family and carers.

The coffee mornings help provide information and support and provide an opportunity for sharing experiences along with practical advice and we are delighted to support such a worthy cause.
