CHSA Distributor Accreditation Scheme

Futures Supplies always strive to deliver quality products, backed up with an exceptional customer experience and today we were delighted to invite independent inspector for the UK Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association, Martin Yates to our premises to carry out an inspection of our products.

Representing all the major manufacturers and distributors of cleaning & hygiene products, the CHSA operates four accreditation schemes – three for manufacturers of soft tissue products, plastic refuse sacks and industrial cotton mops and one for distributors.

The CHSA Distributor Accreditation Scheme, which was introduced in 2017, requires regular periodic site audits to ensure conformance. Distributors must also sign a declaration that they will only stock and offer for sale CHSA accredited products or products that conform to the same standards as required by the relevant CHSA Manufacturing Standards Accreditation Schemes.

The aim of the schemes is to drive up standards in the industry and to ensure that what’s on the label is in the box so the customer always gets what they order and pay for.

We hope this provides our customers with further confidence and the assurance that we supply only products that meet the CHSA Accreditation rigorous high standards.

You can find out more about the CHSA Accreditation Schemes here www.chsa.co.uk

Carbon Neutral Supplies Delivered to Your Door

Carbon Neutral Certified LogoWe are delighted to have been certified Carbon Neutral for the eighth consecutive year.

Continuing our support of the Gobi Gansu Wind Power Project, this Gold Standard Project involves the generation of zero-emission renewable energy through the installation of wind turbines in northwest China. The project is making a significant contribution to the sustainable development of one of the poorest provinces in China, providing considerable environmental, social and sustainable benefits.

We are proud to be taking a net zero position on emissions by measuring the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions associated with our business, reducing them at source and then offsetting any unavoidable emissions by purchasing carbon credits.

Celebrating Quality and Environmental Re-Certification Since 1997

ISO 9001 & 14001 CertificatesFutures Supplies is delighted to have successfully gained re-certification to BS EN ISO 14001 and BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for a further 3 years until 2015 for its environmental and Quality Management systems.

To gain and maintain certification, Futures Supplies ensures legislative compliance, records information on the operation of its QMS and EMS and demonstrates continual improvement. Increased credibility comes from regular independent assessment to ensure its Environmental and Quality Management System continues to meet and exceed the requirements of the standard.

We all want to have confidence in the goods and services that we use. Trust is essential whether in the high street, the supermarket or buying as a business.

Accreditation by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is key to ensuring that consumers, suppliers, purchasers and specifiers can have confidence in the quality of goods and in the provision of services throughout the supply chain.

UKAS accreditation means the evaluator can show to its customers that it has been successful at meeting the requirements of international accreditation standards.

This means that our customers reduce the risk of selecting an incompetent evaluator and paying for, or more seriously, acting upon invalid results. Too many of Britain’s companies run the risk of undermining their long-term success by purchasing independent evaluations that are not UKAS accredited.

Futures Supplies’ credentials are endorsed by certification to BS EN ISO 14001 and BS EN ISO 9001 through Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

Accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), DNV, established in 1864 is dedicated to the principle of safeguarding life, property and the environment.

Award winning and customer focused, we at Futures Supplies, hope our consistency of approach, endorsed by recognised accredited third parties, makes us a trustworthy, dependable and credible choice, to deliver both quality and sustainability throughout our business processes and services.

Systems Are A Winner!

If you are constantly searching for a washroom solution that delivers on quality, value and sustainability, we believe the Katrin System Toilet Tissue System ticks all the boxes.

The co-ordinated dispensers are the most reliable in the market place and control usage, delivering significant cost savings and exceptional value for money.

High capacity, holding a 1600 sheet roll, the System Toilet Tissue Dispenser prevents cross contamination underneath the dispenser where germs commonly lurk because the roll is always visible. There is no searching for the roll inside the dispenser and you can see at a glance if the dispenser needs topping up, the plugs sit neatly in the core catcher.

The toilet rolls carry the highly acclaimed Nordic Swan Eco Label, offering the best in class environmentally. There is no wastage, as every sheet is used, and with the dispenser holding more than the equivalent of 5 conventional toilet rolls or 6 sleeves of bulk pack storages, issues are significantly reduced. They are labour saving too!

To arrange a free evaluation of your washrooms, save money and take advantage of our on loan dispensers offer, call Amy today on 020 8689 2072
