We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations to our supplier Evans Vanodine who has been named as a winner of a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the category of International Trade. The award is in recognition of the company’s outstanding overseas sales growth over the last three years.

Evans exports to seventy-two countries worldwide, with a further ten countries serviced by licensed manufacturing units overseas.  Over the last three years new sales territories have been added, such as New Zealand and South Africa, with the latter noted as being particularly promising.

Evans Vanodine is a family owned company whose products cover an extensive range of cleaning and hygiene applications for industrial, janitorial, food process and animal health sectors. 

 

Successful business partnerships are built with trust and integrity, often over many years and they can be extremely rewarding for both parties. Futures Supplies & Support Services Ltd’s relationship with Chequers Contract Services Ltd has certainly proved to be a winning partnership.

The latest project sees Futures Supplies deliver a bespoke web shop for Chequers’ customers. Launched on 1^st July, this win win project adds value through the provision of an online ordering platform for Chequers’ customers to order washroom and cleaning products directly from Chequers, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, proving undoubtedly that ‘partnership pays’.

Award winning Futures Supplies has been a major player in distributing washroom, cleaning, janitorial and associated products since 1995. The company, with its young dynamic team, has vast experience and knowledge of working with cleaning companies, understanding their needs and delivering exceptionally successful long term business partnerships, with added value.

Chequers was established in 1987 and delivers service excellence and sustainability on a core range of cleaning and support services, always going the extra mile to add value for its clients. The company combines the qualities of family values and personal service with a close partnership with staff, clients and suppliers.

Delighted to reach this huge milestone in such a competitive market place, Founder and Managing Director, David McLeod has continued to run Cresswell as an independent and privately owned business since the company opened its doors for the very first time, back in 1995.

To stand still in the cleaning business is to fail, and Cresswell constantly reassesses its operation in the light of new technology whilst also looking to incorporate new services into its portfolio to meet clients’ needs.

The company’s attention to detail and consistency in delivering the highest quality cleaning and facilities service is underpinned by a fully trained and motivated team that has seen many clients retained since the launch of the business – proof in itself of what a fantastic job it does.

We have worked with the team at Cresswell for nearly two decades and remain constantly impressed, not only with the exceptional services it provides, but also with its honesty, integrity and core values and we would like to take this opportunity of wishing David and his team our heartfelt congratulations on this magnificent milestone.

In August 2012, Tricia Carr joined Futures Supplies on an apprenticeship as a ‘Sales Support Assistant’. We are delighted to announce that through her hard work, commitment and dedication, Tricia will successfully completes her Business and Administration apprenticeship at the end of September, gaining an NVQ in business and administration.

Tricia has become a valued member of the team, responsible for customer order processing, liaising with customers and prospective customers, maintaining the company’s ACT database and supporting the sales team in their roles. As a result of her commitment and hard work she has been offered, and accepted, a permanent position with the company from October 2013 and we look forward to her continued success.

Delighted with the prospect of full time employment, Tricia says, “I am grateful to everyone at Future Supplies for taking the time to help me and I will continue to work hard as I like working with the team at Futures Supplies and the customers very much.’’
